So, you want to know more about Bryon, do ya? Well, that can mean one of three things: either you are a stalker trying to stalk me (warning, I am a little crazy; LOL), you are a hacker/scammer trying to obtain my sensitive, personally identifiable information (to which I say, “I will find you”), or you are a family member or friend looking to see what crazy shenanigans I am up to (Well, welcome, welcome).
Please be sure to check back soon for more as Bryon continues to update and expand this website, when he is able to find some of that elusive thing called “time” as he is building or maintaining multiple websites, and working full-time, and playing with new beta software, and trying new applications (both open source and retail), and generally just busy.
So where to start (without giving Bryon’s life story for you would-be hackers)… AH, I have four sisters (yes that is the number 4, *sigh*) and a “little” brother (though he is a giant), Oh and did I mention my family has hosted two exchange students from Germany… and they are both girls *sigh again* (that makes it six sisters). How did I survive?!? ๐
Additionally, for the past (almost) three years, I have been lucky enough to have a wonderful, loving, and (mostly) supportive wife – she thinks I am a school-aholic – to share the many challenges, adventures, and joys of life.
Bryon has obtained a Bachelor degree in computer science and (somehow they talked me into it) a Bachelor degree in mathematics; in addition, I have most of the requirements for a Bachelor degree in physics (all this in a total of four years, and I still graduated with a GPA greater than 3.5… though just barely). And if that is not enough, I have also completed my Masters degree in Information Management.
Now what is next?? I have considered doing a triple Doctorate… let’s see… something to do with computers, naturally; and then theoretical astrophysics with an emphasis in gravitation, faster-than-light travel, and black holes; and possibly a social/mythological “studies” program as well. In addition, I have been exploring the idea of pursuing a degree in the academic study of the video game industry. Currently, there is no such degree/program available, but there is a movement in several European countries to start looking at the gaming industry as a true academic field. My wife thinks I am insane… maybe I am, maybe I am not; who knows ๐
